Demo of the C4 synth pedal On my Ubass and a guitar
The C4 Synth combines all the sound creation tools of a classic modular synthesizer and packages them in a compact effects pedal for guitar or bass.
You must have a computer to build, modify and manage your sounds. The remarkable thing is that we have access for free to thousands of sounds made by the community. You can also participate and offer your creation to download.

In my pedalboard, I wired into the effect in the loop of my Mooer GE300. On the pedal itself, there is virtually no control. Everything is done with dedicated software. You can only choose among the three sounds you have loaded in the software in the first three positions of the soundbank on the pedal itself.
Someone reported that you could save up to 6 settings, but I didn’t even bother to search. I’m using my computer to manage the C4 Synth. You have a zillion more options to make your sound. If I have a gig one day and need more than three sounds, I’ll look for it.
So I’m going to play some sounds I selected on bass and guitar and show you how to modify them to your liking.

It’s not that easy to master and create your sound at first, even if it is much easier than a regular Modular Synthesizer. First, you need to understand how it works. The easiest way is to download sounds from the community and look at how they made them.

Check the second video I made
I wrote a song using only sounds from the C4 Synth pedal. Some of them are modified; some are as is.
I will explain at the beginning of the video. Then I played the song Doomer.
