Chinese Guitar Pickups Belcat BH 23A Humbucker series parallel push-pull wiring on PRS custom guitar
I install Belcat BH23A Humbucker on this PRS Custom Guitar
Get yourself a pair of Belcat humbuckers. They are cheap but really good. I like them as much as Duncan… Seriously!
If I remember right, I bought this guitar body on eBay for the price of 200€. Because of a small dent in the headstock.
I honestly don’t know if it is a real PRS guitar or a copy. The seller was from Germany, and he was popular selling products with defects at an incredible price.
I bought another guitar from him. I’m going to review it soon.
I think it is a real PRS; the inlay and finish look like it.
Anyway, When I bought it, I installed a vibrato and first-price humbuckers I had in stock. I wanted to resell it right away, but at the same time, I relocated to Thailand. So I decided to keep all my guitars.
I am going to install Belcat BH23A Humbuckers and do a series-parallel push-pull for each pickup. I’m going to follow the schematic from the guitarelectronics.com website.

They are wiring the series-parallel differently than what I’m used to. It’s fun to try a different way to get the same result. This way is simpler than the one I used on my Harley benton resonator guitar.
